Work Preview

Careers, the Swim Level Finder, and your new Free Trial page, all in one spot for review before anything goes public!

What’s in this preview

I built three things on your own website, and they all work toward the same goal: more families finding you online, more free trials booked, and easier hiring. Here’s what each one does and why it matters.

Careers page and two apply pages

  • Applicants learn what it’s like to work at Dolphin, pick Loves Park or Crystal Lake, and apply right on your site.
  • Every application lands in one inbox, jobs@dolphinswimclub.com, so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • A real Careers page on your own site can also show up when people search for swim instructor and lifeguard jobs nearby.

Swim Level Finder

  • Parents answer a few quick questions and get a suggested starting level for their child.
  • Every result ends with a button to claim a free trial, so the quiz is the first step toward more trial sign-ups.
  • It’s also built as a main page for search, with plain answers to the questions parents type into Google, Bing, and AI tools, like which swim level fits their child.
  • Your front desk still confirms the level, so the call is about booking the right class, not guessing where to start.

New Free Trial page

  • The sign-up form is right at the top, so parents can claim a free trial without hunting for it.
  • A new optional age question tells your front desk a little about the swimmer before they call back.
  • Baby Swim has its own section, so parents of little ones 4 to 24 months see right away that they can try it free.
  • The questions parents ask most are answered right on the page, which helps you show up in Google and AI search for free swim lessons.

Together, these give parents a clear path from searching online, to finding the right level, to booking a free trial. None of it is in your main menus yet. Please click through each card below and answer the quick questions. The sooner you approve, the sooner I can put everything live so it starts showing up in search and bringing in trial sign-ups!

New Free Trial page

Fill out the form and scroll the page like a parent would. Once you approve it, it replaces your current Free Trial page.

Quick questions

  1. Should the age question on the form stay optional?
  2. How soon does each front desk usually call back after a trial request? Is one business day about right?
  3. I set the free trial up as one per swimmer, so a family signing up a second kid still gets one, and I included Swim Team too. Does that work for you?
  4. Is there anything parents ask a lot that I should add to the FAQs?
